We dealt with Sam Cashmore, who was nothing short of amazing.As first time buyers, this was a fairly nervy process for us, but Sam did a great job of explaining things in terms we'd understand, and making sure we were fully informed about the different choices available for us.We both have fairly unsociable jobs, and Sam was amazing at accommodating calls around our working lives, whenever was needed. Gemma & Joanna at Vantage were absolutely wonderful throughout our remortgage process. As we were remortgaging but also buying my ex out of half of the house, meaning lots of additional legal work, I was anticipating a lot of stress, but Vantage were so helpful, clear, efficient, and friendly.
